Apartment/house, the property inventory includes: dining room, living room, kitchen (equipped or not), bathroom/shower, separate WC, entrance/night hall, terrace(s)/balcony(ies), storage room, cellar, and parking space.
An additional room includes a bedroom, dressing room, office, laundry room, or any similar space.
An additional water room includes an extra bathroom/shower or WC.
For furnished properties, a 30% surcharge will be applied.
For the move-out inspection, if the initial inventory was conducted by the agency, a discount will be provided.
If a rental agreement has been signed with the agency, the inventory fees will only be charged once at the start of the rental.
Inventory fees must be paid before the mission is carried out.
