None of these services include conducting an inventory. As the manager replaces the owner, an external expert will be called for all the inventory. This expert can be chosen by the owner.

a. 4,68 % (VAT) or 4 % of fees + 17 % VAT, of the amount of the rents and accessories due.

What is rent guarantee insurance?
Rent Guarantee Insurance is available for property owners who have residential rentals in Belgium.
It guarantees payment of rent and charges throughout the year (with a maximum rent of €3,000) and offers legal protection up to €15,000.
