A precise evaluation of your property will be conducted, followed by advice on necessary procedures (PEB certification, electrical compliance, etc.). A professional photo shoot will showcase your property, and the rental listing will be distributed across various platforms (posters, website, social media, real estate portals, ...). Viewings will be organized during the day, and a comprehensive monthly report will be provided to you. The drafting and signing of the lease agreement will comply with current laws, with the establishment of rental guarantees. Utility meters will be read, and an energy transfer file (water, gas, electricity) will be prepared. A shared-cost property inventory can be carried out (see prices on the dedicated page). Residential lease contracts will be registered for property owners. This service does not include the creation of the move-in or move-out property inventory.
Price
Belgium and Luxembourg: 1 month rent + VAT (Belg.: 21% and Lux.: 17%), regardless of the duration of the lease contract.
For the drafting of the lease agreement only: we charge an amount of €300 including tax.
